2013 WENTWORTH GREENHOUSE FARMERS’ MARKETS
We hope you’ll plan to join us on Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm for Wentworth Greenhouses’ 2013 Summer Farmers’ Markets.
This year’s Markets begin on June 22nd and run through October 26th and will be held in the parking lot just adjacent to the main entrance of the Greenhouses.
Get to know your local farmers, growers, and food producers, as you shop the Markets and share in their expertise and knowledge about local crops and foods. Browse local arts and crafts, treat yourself to lunch, and enjoy our ever-changing roster of local musicians.
Each Market will consist of between 12 to 16 vendors and will feature:
Locally grown organic vegetables, free range and organic beef, turkey, chicken, pork, lamb, goose, chicken and quail eggs, honey, leeks, peas, beets, carrots, broccoli, parsnips, heirloom dried beans, tomatoes, fresh herbs, summer squash, peaches, apples, plums strawberries, fresh squeezed cider (in season), sweet corn, maple sugar, blueberries, eggplant, sweet and hot peppers, salad greens, zucchini, garlic, rhubarb, blackberries, sweet melons, watermelons, organic whole milk, organic yogurt, organic Greek yogurt, home made Lebanese food and pastries, cheeses, flour, onions, fresh cream, pies, cauliflower, cucumbers, kale, NH maple syrup, fresh baked breads, local grains, jams, jellies, herbed vinegars, specialty teas and coffees, gluten free cakes and pastries, granola bars, winter squash, cabbage, radishes, fresh cut flowers, dried flowers, select specialty crafts, and live music.

Wentworth Greenhouses’ year-round season of Farmers’ Markets (sponsored during the winter in collaboration with Seacoast Eat Local) was voted “Best in NH for 2012” by NH Magazine.
