Purchase Guarantees

Plants

Wentworth Greenhouses is committed to the complete satisfaction of all gardeners who choose us for their plant purchases. We strive to offer premium quality plants that are healthy and vigorous when they are purchased. Growing the majority of the plants we sell in our own greenhouses allows us to monitor and control their quality. However plants, like other live products, are susceptible to environmental conditions and care given after purchase. Wentworth Greenhouses reserves the right to refuse credit due to obvious neglect, such as
lack of water, improper care, animal damage, or extreme weather events. To help ensure your success we offer the following guarantees.

Trees and Shrubs – We guarantee for 1 year from date of purchase. Store credit will be issued for 100% of the purchase price as reflected on your receipt.  

Perennials, Roses, Vines, Butterfly Bushes – We guarantee through November 1st of the year purchased. Store credit will be issued for 100% of the purchase price as reflected on your receipt.

Houseplants, Annuals, Aquatic Plants, Veggies – We guarantee for 30 days from date of purchase. Store credit will be issued for 100% of the purchase price as reflected on your receipt.

Plant material must be returned with original receipt to receive credit.  Plants returned without a receipt will be issued credit amount at our discretion.  If a credit is issued it will be for an amount less than the normal retail price.

                 If you feel a plant is not doing well please contact us immediately. Do not remove the plant from the ground or container as sometimes plants need to be acclimated when first planted or may be slow to break dormancy in Spring.  Taking a picture and emailing us at info@wentworthgreenhouses.com is a great way for us to evaluate the plant’s condition and make recommendations prior to bringing in the plant. 

Replacement plants are not guaranteed.

 

Non Plant Items

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. A refund will only be issued if the merchandise is saleable and in original purchase condition.

Items returned without a receipt will be issued a store credit at our discretion.

All clearance sales are final.

Delivery Fees and Planting Fees are not refundable.
